The Leaders of Tomorrow Scholarship has been established to recognize and support exceptional students at Western International High School who have demonstrated both academic excellence and exemplary leadership qualities. This scholarship aims to provide deserving students with the financial assistance necessary to pursue their educational goals and become future leaders in their communities.

Eligibility Criteria

Leaders of tomorrow scholarship applications DSDT

To be eligible for the Leaders of Tomorrow Scholarship, students must meet the following criteria:

  • Be a graduate of Western International’s Class of 2024 Maintain a minimum GPA of 2.5 or higher.

  • Submit a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) for grant funding, using our school code 042752.

  • Provide an essay (800-1000 words, 12-point font, double-spaced) detailing a significant leadership experience.

  • Include a letter of recommendation from a high school guidance counselor or faculty member.

  • Submit official transcripts.

Application process

To apply for the Leaders of Tomorrow Scholarship, students must complete the following steps:

  • Submit a FAFSA for grant funding, using our school code 042752.

  • Write an essay detailing a time they demonstrated leadership (800-1000 words, 12-point font, double-spaced).

  • Obtain a letter of recommendation from a high school guidance counselor or faculty member.
