The Technology Professional 6 Program at DSDT is designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the technologies and practices used in the IT industry. The program is focused on preparing students for a variety of CompTIA certification exams, including Network+, Security+, and CySA+.
Throughout the program, students will have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals and gain hands-on experience in a range of IT subjects. They will learn about networking, cybersecurity, and cybersecurity analysis, and will develop the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in these areas.
The program consists of several courses, including Network+, Security+, and CySA+. Upon completion of the program, students will receive a certificate of completion and will be well-prepared to take the corresponding certification exams.
This is a certificate of completion program which includes instruction in Three (3) Information Technology Courses: CompTIA Net+, CompTIA Sec+, and CompTIA CYSA+.
To prepare students for post-program success by providing a rich learning environment utilizing research-based methods of instruction and providing access to relevant and current resources and materials. Students will participate in a challenging and worthwhile certificate program based on current industry/academic expectations. The Technology Professional 6 Program will provide students with a roadmap to gainful employment by instruction in 3 courses.

This course prepares students for the CompTIA Security+ certification, a globally recognized credential in the field of IT security. This course is aimed at equipping students with the critical knowledge and skills required to apply behavior analytics to networks and devices, effectively thwarting cybersecurity threats. The course dives into essential areas such as threat management, vulnerability management, cyber-incident response, and security architecture.
