Admissions Representative

Admissions Representative

We are seeking a dynamic and driven On-site Admissions Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in prospecting and acquiring new business daily, leveraging both inbound and outbound lead sources provided by our team. Your responsibilities will encompass the entire sales process, from prospecting and cultivating leads to setting appointments and managing them in our contact management database. You will be tasked with gathering critical information about leads and scheduling appointments with qualified individuals.

The ideal candidate for this position should have a solid understanding of the technology industry, exhibit rapid learning capabilities, possess excellent memorization skills, and have a passion for achievement. We are looking for someone who thrives in a people-oriented environment and takes full ownership of the sales process to drive it to its maximum effectiveness. The candidate should demonstrate persistence, the ability to meet or exceed set productivity, appointment setting, and revenue targets, and excel in assisting clients with their inquiries.

- Access to hundreds of WARM business leads that are generated, captured, and tracked.\\

- A consistent inventory of salable leads.

- Requirement: Must have a background in Financial Aid.

- Schedule 25+ appointments per week.

- Engage with warm and nurtured leads within a designated time frame after an inquiry.

- Diligently follow up with leads in your pipeline.

- Achieve productivity and appointment setting goals while responding efficiently to inquiries.

- Conduct outbound calling, e-mail communication, coordination, and scheduling of students seeking to enroll.\

- Accurately qualify potential leads for appointments.

- Manage the cultivation of inbound sales inquiries to convert leads into appointments.

- Proven ability to Cold Call and hit the ground running.

- Strong Sales background.

- Excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skills.

- Enthusiastic with outstanding people skills.

- Exceptionally strong phone skills.

- Proficiency in setting appointments and closing over the phone.

- Ability to use or quickly learn specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies.
