The My Career Advancement Account (MyCAA) Scholarship covers tuition for education and training that leads to an associate degree (excluding general studies or liberal arts without a focus), as well as licenses or certifications from accredited U.S. institutions. It helps military spouses pursue careers with flexible, portable job opportunities.
Eligible spouses are those of active-duty service members in pay grades E-1 to E-6, W-1 to W-2, and O-1 to O-3, as well as spouses of National Guard and reserve members in the same pay grades. They must have a high school diploma and request assistance while their spouse is on Title 10 orders.
